  All 12 wheelchair spaces are on auditorium level 1, at either side of rows 19 and 20, and movement between floors inside the venue is by stairs and escalator only, so call the visitor centre on 02-2005-0101 before visiting if you need assistance.

  Online booking closes two hours before curtain, after which remaining seats are sold at the main lobby box office until the performance starts, and the phone line 1670-2024 is open 09:00-18:00 every day of the year.

  Ticket holders pay 6,000 won for the first five hours in the GS Tower underground car park, pre-paid at the unattended machine using the performance ticket barcode, then 1,000 won per 10 minutes beyond that.
