Incheon Culture and Arts Center: seat views on both tiers, parking, and what to check before booking
The Grand Theater at Incheon Culture and Arts Center (인천문화예술회관) dropped from 1,504 to 1,310 seats when it reopened from renovation on 1 October 2025, and now has just two seating tiers: 874 seats on tier 1 and 436 on tier 2. Its 828-space car park is paid, but a city ordinance caps the charge at 1,500 won when you show that day's ticket.
