• Accessibility

There are 14 wheelchair spaces in the Grand Hall and 4 in the Chamber Hall, nine marked accessible parking bays, and accessible toilets, a ramp and a lift.
• Booking

Grand Hall balcony seats come at two heights — roughly level-1 height and an upper tier marked 3F — and the view differs between them, so check the floor label on the booking screen.
• Food

There is a music café on level 2, the same floor as the Grand Hall, and a nursing room is available.
• Parking

Parking runs to 287 spaces across the underground car park and the parking tower (215 self-park, 72 mechanical) and is free on the day for ticket holders on a first-come basis, but the venue itself asks visitors to take public transport because it fills up.
• Seats & sightlines

The Grand Hall's 1,284 seats wrap around the stage in a vineyard layout, so even balcony and choir seats are close to it, and the Chamber Hall's 248 seats sit on a single tier where the back row is still near the stage.
• Getting there

It is about a 10-minute walk from Daegu Station on subway Line 1 through the underground passage — come up at arcade exit 4 or the Lotte Department Store plaza exit and cross at the crossing.
