- AccessibilityBoth Yeonggang Hall and Space111 have dedicated wheelchair spaces, but wheelchair attendance must be arranged in advance — call 02-708-5001 when you book.
- BookingThe ticket boxes for both Yeonggang Hall and Space111 open Tuesday to Sunday, one hour before the performance starts.
- ParkingThe car park runs from B2 to B5 with about 150 spaces, open 06:00–23:00; same-day visitors get 4 hours for 5,000 won with a performance or lecture ticket, 1 hour free with an exhibition, then 1,000 won per 10 minutes. If the exit ramp backs up, use the card-only pre-payment machines by the B1 ticket box or the B4 lift.
- Seats & sightlinesYeonggang Hall's 620 seats end at row 12 in the central block, so even the back of level 1 is close to the stage — but rows 1–2 of level 2 sit behind a safety railing and some productions withhold them from sale. Space111 is a black box rebuilt for every production, so it has no fixed seating chart.
- Getting thereFrom Exit 1 of Jongno 5-ga station on subway Line 1, walk 30m into the alley by Oga Pharmacy.
