• Accessibility

There are 22 wheelchair spaces in the Concert Hall (8 on B1, 14 on Floor 1) and 4 in the Chamber Hall, accessible toilets on all three floors and 9 accessible parking bays (6 underground, 3 at ground level); wheelchair spaces are booked through a file attached to a website notice rather than the ordinary booking screen, and collected as a paper ticket at the box office on the day.
• Booking

Booking on the official site is free of charge and open until three hours before the performance; cancelling costs nothing up to 10 days before, 10% from 9 days until 23:59 the day before, and 90% on the day up to three hours before, after which no cancellation is possible.
• Lockers

The left-luggage desk is on B1 beside the car park entrance and runs from one hour before the performance until just after it ends — half an hour later than the B1 box office, which opens 90 minutes before the start.
• Parking

The 300-space car park requires a first-come pre-registration that opens at 10:00 three days before the performance (051-850-6086, 051-850-6080); it is open 07:00-24:00 and costs 200 won per 10 minutes, 300 at weekends and on public holidays, capped at 10,000 won a day, with no discount for ticket holders.
• Seats & sightlines

The Concert Hall's 2,011 seats split into 694 on B1, 1,038 on Floor 1 and 279 on Floor 2, and its vineyard layout wraps the audience around the stage so the block matters more than the level; the Chamber Hall's 400 seats are 75 in block A, 250 in block B and 75 in block C, with block B making up 62.5% of the room.
• Getting there

The venue advises public transport: from Yangjeong station (Line 1) exit 5, walk 100m to the Baekjo Apartment stop and take bus 179 or 63 to Busan Citizens Park, or from Seomyeon exit 13 walk 200m to the Bujeon Market Entrance stop and take bus 103 or 83-1 to Yeonji Il-dong Apartment.
