• Accessibility

Grand Hall wheelchair spaces are all on level 1 (back of blocks A and C, either side of the back of B, and mid-way up C on the right); the Small Hall has them beside A block at the front and beside row 12 of C block. Accessible parking bays and toilets are available.
• Booking

The venue states in its booking notices that tickets cannot be cancelled or changed because traffic or parking made you miss the show, and the OP block and rows 1–3 of blocks A–C on level 1 are sold as R-grade restricted-view seats.
• Parking

There are surface Lots 1 and 2 plus an underground B1–B2 car park; the venue publishes no fee table, so confirm on 1566-0155, and the access road jams on show days, so plan to arrive 30 minutes before curtain (as of September 2026).
• Seats & sightlines

In the Grand Hall the OP block and rows 1–3 of blocks A–C on level 1 have no rake and are sold as restricted R seats, and railings can block rows 1–3 upstairs, so for the full stage choose the centre of B block from row 4 back.
• Getting there

Only express bus 405 (Cheonan Bus Terminal – Cheonan Station east plaza – the venue – Yu Gwan-sun Memorial) and route 815 (to Cheonan-Asan Station) stop here, route 401 having been withdrawn in February 2024; for designated shows one free 45-seat return shuttle leaves the main entrance for Cheonan Station and the bus terminal.
