  • The dates move back a week, from December 4–6 to December 11–13. Start times are unchanged: Friday 8 p.m., Saturday 6 p.m., Sunday 5 p.m.

The year-end solo concert marking Jung Seung-hwan's tenth year since his debut has changed both its venue and its dates. According to a Ticketlink notice posted on October 16, "2026 Jung Seung Hwan 10th Anniversary Concert 'Do you like ballads?'" was to run for three days from December 4 at Ticketlink Live Arena in Olympic Park, and will instead be held at Kyung Hee University's Grand Peace Palace on December 11–13. The notice cites continuing "concerns about safety incidents due to conditions in the surrounding area and difficulties using some facilities" at the original venue, and says the announcement was delayed by negotiations with, and approval from, the new venue.

As our September report covered, the concert had already gone on sale, with a fan-club presale on September 10 and general sale on September 14.

What changed?

The venue and the dates changed; the start time for each day of the week and the prices did not.

What happens to tickets already bought?

Because the new venue's seating and layout differ substantially, every existing booking will be cancelled. Buyers receive a text message, then the bookings are cancelled in bulk and refunded according to each card issuer's schedule, which takes about 5–7 days. Cancelling yourself on the booking page before the automatic cancellation may incur a cancellation fee, and the notice says that fee will not be compensated. Questions go to the Ticketlink help desk (1588-7890, 10 a.m.–7 p.m. KST).

When does re-booking open?

Re-booking opens in four steps: a first fan-club presale (October 20), a second fan-club presale (October 26), general sale (October 28) and wheelchair seats (October 29).
