Cats comes to Korea via Daegu first, opening 18 December with tickets on 17 September
The touring production of Cats plays Keimyung Art Center in Daegu from 18 December to 3 January 2027. Tickets go on sale at 2pm on 17 September through NOL Ticket only, in four grades from 80,000 won for A seats to 180,000 won for VIP and Jellicle seats.

The Korean run of Cats opens in Daegu at the end of the year. According to the on-sale notice the organiser Power Entertainment posted to its own website on 10 September, Musical CATS — Daegu opens on Friday 18 December at Keimyung Art Center and continues to Sunday 3 January 2027. Booking starts at 2pm on Thursday 17 September, and NOL Ticket is the only seller.
The engagement is short — a little over two weeks. The seller's detail page bills the Daegu run as a Jellicle Ball for two weeks only. Performances are at 7.30pm from Tuesday to Friday, at 2pm and 7pm on Saturdays and at 2pm on Sundays, with extra evening shows on Sunday 20 December, Friday 25 December and Friday 1 January 2027, when the schedule runs at both 2pm and 7pm. The additional performances fall on the holidays, Christmas and New Year's Day.
There are four price grades. VIP and Jellicle seats are both 180,000 won, with R at 150,000, S at 120,000 and A at 80,000. Jellicle seats put the audience close to the performers who move through the house; the seller says that at the interval the cast, in cat make-up, come down into the auditorium. Admission is for ages 8 and over — for the 2026 performances that means anyone born in 2019 or earlier, and for the 2027 performances anyone born in 2020 or earlier. The running time is 160 minutes including a 20-minute interval. Discount information is to be announced later on the detail page.
In the KOPIS venue record, Keimyung Art Center is a private venue in Dalseo-gu, Daegu, run by Keimyung University, with 1,954 registered seats. It is one of the few rooms in the city at a scale that can take a large touring musical.
Daegu MBC and the Cats Culture Industry Company present, with Power Entertainment as organiser. S&CO, GWB and LW are credited on the production, and Daegu Health College and Keimyung College University appear as sponsors. Power Entertainment is a Daegu-based promoter that has previously brought Wicked and Kinky Boots to the city in both touring and licensed stagings. Enquiries are on 053-762-0000.
No dates in other cities have been confirmed publicly. As of 11 September this touring production is not registered in the KOPIS performance database either, so schedule and seating details have to be checked on the seller's own detail page. The recent Cats entries KOPIS does hold are children's versions or Korean licensed stagings, separate from this production. No casting has been released by either official source.
