Synopsis
[공연소개] <집 속의 집>의 모티브는 집에 대한 그리움으로 시작된 서도호 작가의 작품에서부터 출발한다. 작가가 유학 생활을 하면서 느꼈던 문화 간의 충돌, 문화적 이질감, 새로운 문화에 처음 정착하게 되면서 갖게 되는 복잡한 내면 심리를 안무가는 한국 춤의 컨템포러리화에 직면시킨다. 한국 춤의 뿌리를 지키면서도 동시에 세계적인 감각을 살리는 ‘한국춤의 컨템포러리화’ 이것은 충돌과 저항이 아닌 타협과 포용 그 사이다. 집이라는 공간은 안무가가 말하는 동시에 한국 춤의 정체성을 찾아가는 ‘종착점’ 그것이 곧 <집 속의 집>이다.
