Synopsis
[공연소개] ‘Eloquent Cosmopolitans’은 다른 나라와 시기에서 태어난 세 작곡가의 목관 작품을 한 무대에 모으는 공연이다. 프랑스의 우아한 낭만주의, 체코 모라비아의 선율과 리듬, 헝가리 아방가르드의 정교한 실험 정신이 각기 다른 개성을 지니면서도 목관 오중주라는 형식 아래 자연스레 이어진다. 여러 나라에서 수학하며 각기 다른 음악 환경을 경험한 다섯 연주자는 이러한 작품들을 자유롭게 오가며, 서로의 배경이 하나의 앙상블 안에서 어떻게 새로운 균형을 만들어내는지 보여준다. 서로 다른 배경의 음악이 한 무대에서 자연스레 스며드는 순간을 관객에게 전하고자 한다.
