Synopsis
[시놉시스] 남도의 작은 섬 ‘아일랜드오브만재’에는 세상의 마지막 해녀인 할머니 세 사람이 살고 있다. 하루 종일 물질하고 해변에서 수다 떨다 밤이 되면 테레비를 켜두고 잠 못 드는 몸과 마음을 달랜다. 지구 반대편 ‘맨하탄섬’에도 잠 못 드는 누군가가 있다. 한국계 캐나다인 극작가 하영은 백인들로 가득한 미국 연극계에서 살아 남기 위해 분투 중이다. 어느 늦은 밤, 해녀 할머니들이 켜 둔 테레비의 어두운 빛 속에서 하영이 유령처럼 나타난다. 하영은 다짜고짜 관객에게 말을 걸기 시작하는데…
