  The box office in the theatre lobby opens only one hour before curtain on the day, so to collect earlier go to the Welcome Center on the first floor of the administration building, weekdays 09:00–18:00 (closed 12:00–13:00).
• Parking

  The centre's own car park holds 206 cars (about 170 outdoors, 36 underground) and the Munhwa Park underground car park next door another 413, but the official website says nothing about parking at all — call +82-52-275-9623 to confirm whether it is free.
• What to bring

  Tickets sold by the centre itself cannot be cancelled at all after 17:00 on the day before the performance, and cancelling from two days before up to that deadline costs 30%.

  The Grand Hall seats 786 on the first floor, 532 on the second and 110 on the third, each floor divided into Block A (left), B (centre) and C (right) — Block B faces the stage squarely from any floor.

  City buses 216, 712, 713, 718, 721, 724, 731, 741, 742, 752, 762 and Circular 11 stop outside; a taxi takes about 15 minutes (3.1km) from Taehwagang Station but about 45 minutes (22km) from Ulsan KTX Station.
