  • The concert is at 8pm on Friday 18 December 2026 at KT&G Sangsangmadang Hongdae Live Hall, all standing, running 90 minutes.

Japanese band NEE is heading outside Japan for a solo concert for the first time in its career, and the first stop is Seoul. The band's official site announced NEE 1st Concert in KOREA 「EXOTIC METTYA KANKOKU」 and states that it is the band's first solo show in Korea. 'KANKOKU' is the Japanese word for Korea, and the official poster fills its upper half with the characters '韓国' in red brush lettering.

The date and venue are Friday 18 December 2026 at KT&G Sangsangmadang Hongdae Live Hall in Mapo-gu, Seoul. According to the ticket-open notice on Melon Ticket, the Korean ticketing platform, the show starts at 8pm, runs 90 minutes, is all standing and is rated for ages 8 and up. There is a single ticket price of 88,000 won. The Korean presenter and organiser is the agency weete, whose enquiry line (02-323-2460) appears on the notice. The band's site, in its guidance for Japanese fans, points to weete's Instagram and X account (@weete_official) as the contact channel and adds that enquiries can be handled in Japanese.

Ticket sales begin at 8pm on Tuesday 29 September. Melon Ticket is the only outlet, and the notice marks the sale as exclusive. This is the only sales stage announced so far; no fan-club presale or other advance sale has been posted.

The Seoul date sits directly after the band's autumn tour of Japan. The live schedule on the official site has NEE opening its 13th tour, 「EXOTIC METTYA OTENBA」, on 1 November at Shinsaibashi BIGCAT in Osaka, then playing Fukuoka on 3 November, Sendai on 14 November and Sapporo on 22 November before closing at Spotify O-EAST in Tokyo on 4 December. Seoul comes two weeks after the Tokyo show. The band has long named its tours by attaching a different word to the prefix 「EXOTIC METTYA」, and this time the word is Korea.

The ticketing page introduces the band in a single line, as "an unpredictable sound that breaks down the boundaries of genre", and frames the concert as its first solo show abroad since debut. KT&G Sangsangmadang Hongdae Live Hall is also where several Japanese bands are booked to play Seoul this winter: Tokyo band Khaki has announced a solo show in the same hall on 5 December. Details of the programme, such as an opening act, the set list or merchandise, have not been released. As of 14 September the concert is not registered in KOPIS, Korea's performing-arts database.
