TOMORROW X TOGETHER return to Seoul under a new tour name. According to the Big Hit Music notice published on the NOL Ticket product page, "TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR 〈STEAL THE WIND〉 IN SEOUL" runs for three days from 13 to 15 November at KSPO Dome in Olympic Park. The Friday show starts at 7pm, Saturday at 6pm and Sunday at 5pm. Big Hit Music and HYBE present, and the rating is ages 9 and up.
Booking runs in stages. Membership verification on the domestic booking page opens at 2pm on 28 September and closes at 11.59pm on 1 October, and the domestic membership pre-sale runs from 8pm to 11.59pm on 1 October. The global page closes verification a day later, on 2 October, and its membership pre-sale opens at 8pm the same day. The general sale is at 8pm on 6 October. Everything is sold exclusively through NOL Ticket. As of 18 September no seat grades or prices had been published, and the booking method for online live-streaming tickets is still to be announced.
The KOPIS record of the group's Korean concerts puts the run in context. It lists "ACT: PROMISE" at KSPO Dome on 3–5 May 2024, the Seoul encore at the same venue on 1–3 November that year, "ACT: PROMISE EP.2" at Inspire Arena in Incheon on 7–9 March 2025, "ACT: TOMORROW" at Gocheok Sky Dome on 22–23 August 2025, and the fan concert "TXT MOA CON" at KSPO Dome from 27 February to 1 March 2026. On that record, the "STEAL THE WIND" dates are a return to KSPO Dome about eight months after MOA CON this spring, and the first Seoul date of a world tour in about a year and three months, since Gocheok. The November shows themselves were not yet registered in KOPIS as of 18 September.
In its announcement on 14 September the agency said the new tour name carries the meaning of "taking control of the flow". It closes the run of tours prefixed "ACT" and is the first under a new title; after Seoul, legs in Asia, Japan, North America and Europe have been trailed, though no cities or dates beyond Seoul have been published. Before that, the group is due to perform at the 2026 Global Citizen Festival in Central Park, New York, on 26 September.
