Everything below was checked on 17 September 2026 against the Baekje Cultural Center official website (ticketing and cancellation guide, facilities, rental specifications, directions, and the exhibition and performance booking pages), and compared with the KOPIS registration on the 백제문화전당 venue page. The centre opened in February 2026, so information is still scattered; fees, discounts, booking and parking are gathered here.
What is the Baekje Cultural Center and where is it?
백제문화전당 (Baekje Cultural Center) is a cultural complex at 73 Gomanaru-gil, Gongju, Chungcheongnam-do, run by the Gongju Culture and Tourism Foundation. The 1st floor holds Goma Hall (theatre), Bidanddeul (exhibition hall), the art shop and a digital archive; the 2nd floor holds the Mureung Workshop plus a cafe and restaurant. The centre's number is 041-852-1327 and the foundation's is 041-854-3271~9.

For a first visit, remember just the two 1st-floor spaces: Bidanddeul for the exhibition and Goma Hall for the show. Each has its own ticket desk, so where you collect tickets depends on which one you booked.
How much is admission?
The permanent exhibition is 10,000 won for all seats, the musical 30,000 won for all seats, and a Mureung Workshop session 10,000 won. They are separate tickets, so seeing both the exhibition and the show means booking twice. An opening promotion gave everyone 50% off from 16 March to 30 June 2026, but that period has ended.

Exhibition hours are 10:00~12:00 (last entry 11:30) and 13:00~17:30 (last entry 17:00), with a lunch break in between and free-flow entry within those hours. Closed on Mondays and on Chuseok day. Children up to 36 months enter the exhibition free, but bring proof of age such as a family register extract; without it the full fee is charged regardless of age. Children under 36 months cannot attend the performance or the workshops at all.
Who gets a discount, and how much?
Per the exhibition booking page, Gongju residents, visitors aged 65 and over, children from 36 months to 8 years, people with disabilities and national merit holders get 50% off; teenagers aged 9 to 24, Culture Nuri card and Artist Pass holders, and groups of 20 or more get 30% off.

Discounts are verified with documents when you collect the ticket, and without them you pay the difference on the spot. If you book a discounted ticket online, note which document you need to bring. Performance discounts are listed separately on each show's booking page, so check there before booking.
How do I book?
Book through the 예매하기 (Book) button on the venue website or through NOL Interpark. Phone booking opens the day after tickets go on sale and is limited to elderly visitors who cannot book online, groups and wheelchair seats. The exhibition is also sold on YES24 Ticket, and online sales run until 10 minutes before last entry.

Collect performance tickets at the Goma Hall desk from 1 hour before curtain, and exhibition and workshop tickets at the Bidanddeul desk from 30 minutes before. Tickets are treated as securities and are not reissued if lost or damaged.
Until when can I cancel, and what does it cost?
Cancellations and changes are possible only until 17:00 the day before the performance; after that nothing can be changed. The guide page states this explicitly.

Where both the "7 days after booking" rule and the date-based rule apply, the date-based rule wins. Booking a week before a show that is now imminent does not make it free to cancel. Leaving during the show is not refundable.
How are the Goma Hall seats laid out?
Per the official seating chart, Goma Hall has 180 seats in 9 rows of 20, plus 6 separate wheelchair positions. The rental specifications list a stage 16.0 m wide, 10.0 m deep and 9.0 m high, a 3.0 m × 3.3 m scenery door and 4 dressing rooms, and as a black box the stage layout changes with each production.

At 180 seats the hall is close to a studio theatre, so faces are visible from anywhere. The official booking notice does warn that "seats may shake noticeably because of the theatre's construction", worth knowing if that bothers you. All seats are one price, so just pick row and number; for wheelchair seats call 041-854-3279.
The 백제문화전당 venue page lists Goma Hall, but its KOPIS seat count is 0. The 180 seats on the official chart and in the rental specifications are the only figure currently available.
Which car park should I use?
There are three car parks; use Lot 2. The directions page says outright that Lot 1 is very cramped and asks visitors to use the more spacious Lot 2.

On the sketch map the Geum River is at the top, Buyeo to the left, Baekje Bridge to the right, and Gongju Hanok Village across the road, within walking distance if you are staying there. The website publishes no parking fee, so call 041-852-1327 if that matters to you.
How do I get there by public transport?
Take city bus 108 and get off at Hanok Village or the Gongju National Museum stop.

From Gongju KTX Station the two bus changes take a while; a taxi from the station is the better use of time if you are travelling as a group.
What else is worth knowing?
Mureung Workshop programmes open month by month and, once sold out, take no walk-ins. Ceramics, textiles, woodwork and digital craft rotate; a session costs 10,000 won and lasts 40~60 minutes, enquiries 041-854-3278. Children below a programme's minimum age are not admitted; where a guardian must sit in, only one per child may do so, and the guardian cannot take part.
After your visit, the 1st-floor art shop sells goods featuring the Mureungi character and collaborations with local artists, and the 2nd-floor Cafe Chunhwa (041-858-5508) and Chunsan Memilkkot restaurant (041-858-5505) fill the gap between the exhibition and the show. A 40-minute exhibition and a 60-minute show make a comfortable half-day with waiting time.
What are the three things to remember?
- Exhibition 10,000 won, musical 30,000 won, workshop 10,000 won; if you qualify for a discount, bring the document or you pay the difference at the desk.
