Left luggage at KINTEX: in-hall lockers, station lockers and Keep24 compared

There are four places to leave a bag when you go to a concert, fan meeting or exhibition at KINTEX in Goyang: the lockers inside the exhibition halls, the station lockers at Daehwa on Line 3, the station lockers at Kintex on the GTX-A line, and two branches of the commercial left-luggage operator Keep24. Some events also run their own cloakroom at the hall entrance.

Where are the lockers inside KINTEX, and what do they cost?

KINTEX's own facilities page puts lockers beside the entrance to each of halls 1 to 4 in Exhibition Center 1, and near hall 6, near hall 10 and in the second-floor central lobby in Exhibition Center 2. They cost 1,000 won for a small locker, 2,000 for a medium and 3,000 for a large, and they run during exhibition-hall opening hours, which shift with the event schedule.

Worth noting that the published contact is the locker operator's direct mobile number rather than the KINTEX switchboard. The lockers close when the halls do, so on a late-finishing concert check the collection cut-off first.

How many lockers does KINTEX have?

KINTEX does not publish the number. Its facilities page gives locations, prices and hours, but not how many small, medium and large units there are. The figure circulating online for KINTEX's internal lockers — 14 small, 8 medium and 1 large, 23 in total — is actually the count for the Daehwa station lockers, copied across, and should not be quoted as KINTEX's.

Not publishing a count means you only find out on arrival. On a concert or international trade fair drawing tens of thousands in a day, do not make the in-hall lockers your plan; settle on a station locker or a commercial one before you set off.

How many station lockers are there at Daehwa and Kintex, and what do they cost?

The Daehwa station lockers on Line 3 number 16, according to the official locker data registered with KRIC, Korea's rail industry information centre: 4 small, 8 medium and 4 large. They sit on basement level 1 beside Exit 6 and are run by Saenu Locker.

Since the two disagree, treat neither as settled and do not hang your plans on a locker count. Daehwa's prices in the KRIC record are 1,000 won small, 1,500 medium, 2,000 large and 3,000 extra-large, with separate charges by size after the first two hours. That record was last updated at source on 15 January 2025.

The GTX-A station lockers at Kintex are not in the KRIC registry yet. A blog account that checked them on site on 2 August 2026 reports 12 small, 12 medium and 3 large, 27 in all, with a two-hour base price of 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 won and hourly additions of 200, 300 and 400 won up to 12 hours. That is not official registry data, so read the notice on the machine.

What the two sets of station lockers have in common is that there is no way to check availability in advance. There is no app and no website, so you find out on arrival, and on an event day they are likely to be full.

Where is Keep24, and how many lockers does it have?

Keep24 runs one branch at Daehwa and one at Kintex station, 266 lockers between them. Unlike the station lockers, its website shows live availability, and you can take items out and put them back as often as you like at no extra charge.

Both branches charge the same. Pricing is by time band, starting with a three-hour base rate and stepping up through six, twelve and twenty-four hours, with fifteen- and thirty-day rates for longer stays.

Payment is by credit card, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay or Kakao Pay; cash is not accepted. You pay by card or phone first and the locker opens after that.

Does it matter which hall you are going to?

It does. For an event in Exhibition Center 1, the Daehwa side is closer; for an event that moves between Exhibition Centers 1 and 2, the Kintex GTX-A side is easier.

If you plan to buy merchandise and add it to your bag, or to open the locker twice around the show, re-access matters more than price. The KINTEX in-hall lockers end the rental once you key in the code and open the door.

Can you rely on the event organiser's cloakroom?

Concert and fan-meeting organisers sometimes run a cloakroom near the hall entrance. It is the closest option by far, but whether it exists at all is entirely the organiser's call, so do not travel on the assumption that it will be there.

Three complaints recur in visitor accounts: some cloakrooms will not let you retrieve anything mid-show, some charge extra to put an item back or add one, and the queue immediately after the show can be long. If you have a last GTX or KTX service to catch, budget for that wait first. The reliable check is whether the ticketing page for your event carries a left-luggage notice.

What if everything is full?

The KINTEX lockers and both sets of station lockers are first-come, first-served with no reservations. None of them shows availability in advance, so if they are full you are improvising on the spot.

Keep24's two branches hold 266 lockers between them and publish live availability, so if you are carrying a suitcase it is worth checking before you leave. Large units are the scarcest — 11 at Daehwa 04 and 15 at the Kintex branch — so check those especially.
