Musical 〈Mahagonny〉 returns in November, with Jung Min, Lee Ji-yeon, Sun Han-kook and Lim Ye-jin joining
The musical 〈Mahagonny〉 returns to Link Art Center's Payco Hall from 3 November 2026 to 24 January 2027. Jung Min, Lee Ji-yeon, Sun Han-kook and Lim Ye-jin join premiere cast members including Choi Jae-woong, On Joo-wan and Lee Jong-seok; performances to 15 November went on sale on Ticketlink on 23 September, from ₩77,000.

The musical 〈Mahagonny〉 returns to Daehangno from Tuesday 3 November 2026 to Sunday 24 January 2027 at Payco Hall, Link Art Center. According to the first ticket-sale notice its presenter and producer, Neo Co., posted on Ticketlink, the revival casts Choi Jae-woong, Sun Han-kook, Lee Jin-hyuk, Kim Chan-jong and Lim Ye-jin as the Guest, and Jung Min, On Joo-wan, Lee Yul, Lee Jong-seok and Lee Ji-yeon as the Host. Tickets for the 3–15 November performances went on sale on Ticketlink at noon on 23 September.

Who is in the cast?
The revival has five Guests, five Hosts and a chorus of five. Jung Min, Lee Ji-yeon, Sun Han-kook and Lim Ye-jin are new; the other eleven were all on the 2025 premiere's cast list, and the chorus is unchanged.

Lee Areumsol (Guest) and Hong Na-hyun (Host), both in the premiere, are not in the new notice. The creative team is led by executive producer Lee Heon-jae, book and lyrics by Lee Sa-rang, music by Rika C and direction by Kim Dal-joong, with choreography by Ryu Jeong-a and music direction by Hong Jeong-ui.

There are three seat grades, priced the same as for the 2025 premiere.

Bookings for performances from 3 to 15 November get a 40% opening-week discount. Holders of a disability welfare card or a national merit certificate get 50% off their own ticket on showing the physical card.
Is it at Bugs Hall or Payco Hall?
Payco Hall. The text of Ticketlink's first-sale notice names the venue as Bugs Hall at Link Art Center, but Ticketlink's own product page and the official poster both say Payco Hall. KOPIS shows 〈Kkot-ui Bimil〉 running in Bugs Hall, in the same building, until 29 November, which overlaps the revival's dates. The premiere was also staged at Payco Hall.
What is the show about?
〈Mahagonny〉 is an original Korean musical inspired by Bertolt Brecht's Rise and Fall of the City of Mahagonny. In a cold world where even feelings and relationships are reduced to numbers, a listless "Guest" finds a mysterious door and, beyond it, a place called Mahagonny, where a Host and a chorus are waiting. The premiere ran at the same Payco Hall from 17 June to 31 August 2025.
The revival is not yet registered with KOPIS.
