Band Second Moon and pansori singers Kim Jun-soo and Ko Young-yeol will play two shows of The Original, a tenth-anniversary concert for their 2016 album Pansori Chunhyangga, at XSCALA in Seoul on 7 November. Tickets went on sale on Ticketlink on 23 September at ₩132,000.

According to Ticketlink's notice, the concert reunites the three acts who made Pansori Chunhyangga in 2016. The notice calls them "the original leads, together again", which is where the title The Original comes from. The show runs 120 minutes and is produced by Gemstone Live. The set list has not been announced.

It is on one day, Saturday 7 November, with shows at 3pm and 7pm at XSCALA in Hoehyeon-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul.

Every seat costs ₩132,000; there are no seating grades. Sales opened exclusively on Ticketlink at 2pm on Wednesday 23 September, with a limit of 10 tickets per person.

What is the minimum age?

The concert is open to ages 8 and over. The notice states separately that preschool children will not be admitted.

What is Pansori Chunhyangga?

It is Second Moon's traditional-music project, in which the band accompanies pansori on European folk instruments. It was first released as an album with singers Kim Jun-soo and Ko Young-yeol in 2016, and the following year it won Best Album in the jazz & crossover field at the 2017 Korean Music Awards. It performs the best-known scenes of Chunhyangga as a kind of music drama.

On 17–18 March 2018 the project gave a solo concert at TOM Theater 2 in Daehangno, with Kim and Ko at every show (reported by Edaily). In April 2019 it was reissued as a two-LP box set of 17 tracks: the original album's 14 plus "Gisan Yeongsu", "Sarangga" and "Ibyeolga" (reported by Kyunghyang Shinmun).

Do Second Moon and Kim Jun-soo still perform together?

Yes. KOPIS lists several shows this autumn with both on the bill, including Modern Minyo with Song So-hee in Suncheon (4 October) and Attention Live II with Yu Tae-pyeong-yang in Yongin (24 October). The Original adds Ko Young-yeol, bringing together all three acts who first made Pansori Chunhyangga.
