Do Blue Square's official seat counts match KOPIS?
For Woori Bank Hall yes, for Woori WON Banking Hall no. KOPIS, Korea's national performing-arts database, lists Woori Bank Hall at 1,766, the same as the venue, but lists Woori WON Banking Hall at 1,373, six fewer than the venue's 1,379. Both sources agree on the wheelchair spaces: 18 in Woori Bank Hall and 10 in Woori WON Banking Hall.
| Hall | Blue Square | KOPIS | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Woori Bank Hall | 1,766 | 1,766 | none |
| Woori WON Banking Hall | 1,379 (seated) | 1,373 | KOPIS 6 lower |
| Wheelchair spaces | 18 / 10 | 18 / 10 | none |
| Chaos Hall (카오스홀) | not listed | 250 | KOPIS only |
Neither source explains the six-seat gap. The venue's own tier figures add up to 1,379, so that is the safer number to go by. KOPIS also files a 250-seat Chaos Hall and the NEMO exhibition space (0 seats) under Blue Square, but as of October 2026 Chaos Hall does not appear on the venue's halls page.
What was Woori Bank Hall called before?
Woori Bank Hall is the same musical theatre that was the Interpark Hall, then the Shinhan Card Hall from January 2021, and Woori Bank Hall from the first quarter of 2026. A January 2021 report in Financial Economy Times (금융경제신문) covered the Shinhan Card and Mastercard sponsorship that turned the Interpark Hall into the Shinhan Card Hall and the iMarket Hall into the Mastercard Hall. A January 2026 BusinessPost report said Woori Bank's naming deal with the operator, Nol Universe, would rename the Shinhan Card Hall to Woori Bank Hall within the quarter.
KOPIS still shows Woori WON Banking Hall with its previous name, SOL Travel Hall (SOL트래블홀); before that it was the Mastercard Hall and the iMarket Hall. We could not confirm when the SOL Travel name was adopted. When you search older reviews, Interpark Hall and Shinhan Card Hall mean the musical house; iMarket Hall, Mastercard Hall and SOL Travel Hall mean the concert hall.
How are the seats in Woori Bank Hall split across the tiers?
Tier 1 of Woori Bank Hall has 1,066 seats, a figure that includes 76 orchestra-pit seats, 18 wheelchair spaces and 14 parent-and-child seats. The venue says the back row of tier 1 is about 27 m from the stage edge, and row 1 of tier 2 is 18.5 m from the stage. Seats are staggered so you are not directly behind the person in front.

The tier 1 plan puts the 18 wheelchair spaces at the very back in row 23, nine on each side, with the 14 parent-and-child seats behind them, seven a side. There are six doors, GATE 1 to GATE 6.

Tier 2 has 430 seats in rows 1 to 10, and tier 3 has 270 seats in rows 1 to 6. Tier 3 is a long way from the stage, and Blue Square rents opera glasses to Woori Bank Hall audiences for 5,000 won. Pick them up at the booth on tier 3 (the ground floor) between one hour and ten minutes before curtain.

How many people fit in Woori WON Banking Hall for a standing show?
Up to 2,400 people fit on the floor of Woori WON Banking Hall for a standing show, with 2,000 recommended. The standing plan's zones add up to the same range: zones A and B hold 800 to 1,000 each and zones C and D hold 200 each, which makes 2,000 at the low end and 2,400 at the high end. The 381 seats on tier 2 stay in place for standing shows. Some sources, Korean Wikipedia among them, still give 2,800 standing; the venue's own figure in October 2026 is 2,400.

According to Blue Square's FAQ, you have to stay in the zone printed on your ticket at a standing show. Zones differ a lot in distance from the stage, so check the zone when you book.

Tier 2's 381 seats are rows 4 to 12 facing the stage plus 12 side seats along the walls (2층 B), and the 10 wheelchair spaces are in row 12. Tier 2 is the same in both layouts. Blue Square's FAQ says wheelchair spaces can only be booked by phone, through the Blue Square call centre on 1544-1591 (09:00 to 18:00).

One answer in Blue Square's FAQ still says 5,000 won for four hours, but the rate table on the parking page is the one above. The car park entrance is between exits 2 and 3 of Hangangjin Station, and the sign at the entrance gives a 2.05 m height limit. Blue Square warns that its car park is routinely full and points to the Hangangjin Station public car park at 272 Itaewon-ro (open 24 hours, 400 won per 5 minutes) as the alternative. The ticket-holder rate does not apply there. Four slow EV chargers are on B3, to the left of the ramp.
