Goyang Stadium concert luggage storage compared: Daehwa and Kintex station lockers, Keep24 smart lockers, counts, rates and walking times (as of September 2026)

For a Goyang Stadium concert you can leave bags at two subway coin lockers (Daehwa Station 24, Kintex Station 27), two Keep24 smart-locker shops (Daehwa 04 branch 163, Kintex Station branch 103) or the promoter's bag check, which varies by show. Keep24's 266 lockers are more than five times the station lockers, show live availability online and start at 2,000 won for 3 hours. Daehwa 04 is within 10 m of Daehwa Station Exit 4; the Kintex branch is about 100 m from Kintex Station Exit 5.

The locker counts and rates below were checked on September 16, 2026 against Keep24's official website (branch information, rate card, FAQ) and Keep24's own branch posts, and Goyang Urban Management Corporation's facility page for Goyang Stadium, then compared with the KOPIS registration on our Goyang Stadium venue page. Goyang Stadium (고양종합운동장) is the outdoor stadium in Ilsan, Goyang, north-west of Seoul, reached from Daehwa Station on Line 3 or Kintex Station on GTX-A. The subway-station coin lockers publish no counts or rates online, so those figures are from an on-site check in August 2026, and no service shows their live availability.

Five places to store luggage for a Goyang Stadium concert

Where can I leave my bags for a concert at Goyang Stadium?

There are five options in three types: subway coin lockers at Daehwa Station on Line 3 (24 lockers) and Kintex Station on GTX-A (27), Keep24 smart-locker shops at the Daehwa 04 branch (163 lockers) and the Kintex Station branch (103), and the promoter's own bag check, which exists only for some shows. Standing-heavy concerts often restrict backpacks and suitcases at security, so many fans store bags before entry, and the small station lockers fill early on a concert day.

Goyang Urban Management Corporation lists the main stadium at 40,907 seats and the auxiliary field at 992, while KOPIS registers the main stadium at 43,000, Goyang Gymnasium at 6,216 and the auxiliary field at 992. The main stadium differs by 2,093 seats between the two sources; the auxiliary field matches. The corporation gives Goyang Gymnasium 6,946 seats, 730 more than KOPIS.

How many lockers do the Daehwa and Kintex station lockers have, and what do they cost?

Daehwa Station has 24 coin lockers (14 small, 8 medium, 2 large) at a same-day base rate of 2,000 won small, 3,000 won medium and 4,000 won large; Kintex Station has 27 (12 small, 12 medium, 3 large) at a 2-hour base rate of 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 won. Neither can be reserved or checked for availability online, so you only know when you arrive.

Only the large lockers take a suitcase, and there are just 2 at Daehwa and 3 at Kintex. These counts and rates are from an on-site check in August 2026; Keep24's own branch post likewise describes the Kintex Station lockers as "only about 20, too small for a large suitcase".

What does Keep24 cost, and how do payment and re-opening work?

Keep24's rates are the same at both branches: a 3-hour base of 2,000 won small, 3,000 won medium and 4,500 won large; 24 hours is 8,000, 12,000 and 16,000 won; extra time is 700, 1,000 and 1,500 won per hour, capped per day at 8,000, 12,000 and 16,000 won. Payment is card, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay or Kakao Pay only, no cash, and you can open and close the locker as often as you like during the rental at no charge.

At the kiosk you choose the service, pick a locker, set a PIN, pick a duration, pay, and the door opens; there is no advance booking. The branch page on Keep24's website shows live availability per branch, so you can check what is left before leaving for the show.

Can I rely on the promoter's bag check?

When it runs, the promoter's bag check near the stadium entrance is the closest option, but whether it runs, what it costs and how big it is change from show to show, you usually cannot get your bag back mid-show, and the queue right after the encore can be long, so check the notice for the show you booked. It is often free, but that cannot be assumed.

For big world tours, private operators sometimes step in. Keep24 has announced on its own channels before a Goyang Stadium show that "if the lockers fill up, staff at the Daehwa 04 branch will hold bags separately", but that is a private operator responding to demand, not an official promoter facility. If you have a last train or another appointment straight after the show, keeping Keep24, which allows re-opening, as a backup is the safer plan.

How do the five options compare on price and conditions?

The closest option with plenty of capacity is Keep24's Daehwa 04 branch (163 lockers); the cheapest short stay is the Kintex Station coin lockers (1,000 won small for 2 hours) but there are only 27; and only Keep24's two branches allow re-opening and show live availability.
