Which part of level 1 should you sit in?
The safest pick on level 1 is centre block 다, rows 6–12; for classical concerts, rows 13–20 are better. Level 1 has five blocks — 가, 나, 다, 라, 마 — running from row 1 to row 24, and a cross-aisle runs between rows 12 and 13. That aisle is effectively the border between the front and rear sections.

How early should you arrive?
Aim to arrive 40 to 50 minutes before curtain. The venue's own etiquette guidance suggests arriving 20 minutes before and being seated 10 minutes before, but parking needs more slack than that. Doors usually open 30 minutes before curtain, and you should be seated no later than 10 minutes before.

What are the booking and cancellation fees?
Ticketing is handled by YES24, and the booking fee is ₩3,000 per ticket. Phone bookings go to 1544-6399, open weekdays 9:00–18:00 and Saturdays 9:00–17:00, closed Sundays. Any remaining seats go on sale at the box office one hour before curtain, and pre-booked tickets are collected from the box office from one hour before as well.

You cannot cancel part of a booking, or change the date, time, grade or seat. The only route is to cancel the whole booking and rebook.
