Inspire Arena lockers: where they are, what they cost, and the 180 self-service lockers vs. the promoter cloakroom
Inspire Arena has 180 self-service lockers run by World Locker in two banks, A and B (135 small, 45 large), costing 5,000 won (small) or 7,000 won (large) for six hours plus 2,000 won per extra hour, as used in August 2026. Any staffed cloakroom is run by each show's promoter, not the resort.

Where are the lockers at Inspire Arena?
Inspire Arena, the concert arena at Inspire Entertainment Resort (인스파이어 엔터테인먼트 리조트) next to Incheon Airport, has two banks of self-service lockers in a corridor inside the arena building. The locker web page lists them as "Inspire Arena A" and "Inspire Arena B". The original Naver post called them rows or buildings A and B, but they are simply the names of the two locker banks, not seat rows or separate buildings.

Inspire's official website does not say where the lockers are. A March 2026 fan post on the IVE DC Inside gallery describes them as down one floor from the arena lobby: turn left, take the passage beside the convenience store, and the locker room is on the left. Routes inside the venue can change on show days, so check with the staff on site.
How many lockers are there, and what sizes?
Inspire Arena has 180 lockers in total, 135 small and 45 large (as used on 15 August 2026). Bank A has 88 and bank B has 92.
| Bank | Small | Large | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inspire Arena A | 66 | 22 | 88 |
| Inspire Arena B | 69 | 23 | 92 |
| Total | 135 | 45 | 180 |
We checked these figures two ways. Every column of lockers has three small doors above one large one, so small and large come in an exact 3:1 ratio, and both 66:22 and 69:23 are that ratio. The selection screen for bank A also showed 87 available with one locker (no. 2) in use, which adds up to 88.

With only one large locker per column, the large ones fill first. If you are bringing a suitcase or a big backpack, arrive before the rush in the hour or two before the show.
How much do the Inspire Arena lockers cost?
An Inspire Arena locker costs 5,000 won for a small one or 7,000 won for a large one for the first six hours, then 2,000 won for each extra hour (as used in August 2026). Card was the only payment method on the payment screen.
| Time used | Small | Large |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 6 hours | 5,000 won | 7,000 won |
| 7 hours | 7,000 won | 9,000 won |
| 8 hours | 9,000 won | 11,000 won |
| 10 hours | 13,000 won | 15,000 won |
If you collect your bag straight after the show, six hours is usually enough. Even two or three hours costs the full base rate, so if you also plan to eat or shop bag-free before the show, fitting it all into six hours is the cheapest way. The large-locker rate (7,000 won for six hours, 2,000 won per extra hour) is from the payment screen; the 5,000 won small rate is from the original Naver post's own use.
How do I book a locker and get my things back?
You rent an Inspire Arena locker on your phone in three steps, with no key or card: choose the location, choose an empty locker, and pay by card. The lockers are run by World Locker (월드락커), a self-service locker company, whose name and customer centre number, 1599-2740, are at the bottom of the web page.
- Choose a location: under "Inspire Arena locker group", pick A or B.
- Choose a locker: pick an empty number on the layout and register a phone number and a password.
- Pay: check the start and end times and the price, pay by card, and the door opens.
To collect your things, enter the same phone number and password on the same web page and the door opens. There is no sign-up, but you agree to a privacy notice the first time. If you forget the password, getting your bag back is a hassle, so take a screenshot of the registration screen. Queues form right after the show ends, so waiting a few minutes before you go to the lockers can be quicker.
Is there a staffed cloakroom for concerts?
Any staffed cloakroom at Inspire Arena is run by the show's promoter, not by the resort. Inspire's customer centre FAQ says the storage facility "is operated by the event company" and that whether it opens "may vary depending on the event". So check the ticketing notice or ask the promoter whether a bag-check booth will open for your show.
The self-service World Locker lockers are a separate, permanent installation. At a show without a promoter cloakroom, those 180 lockers are effectively the only place to leave a bag at the arena.
I am coming straight from Incheon Airport with a suitcase. Where can I leave it?
If you are taking the free shuttle from Incheon Airport to Inspire Arena, you can also leave a large suitcase at the airport's own baggage storage, because the arena has only 45 large lockers and they fill first before a show. Incheon International Airport's facilities and services page lists these storage operators in the public area (checked October 2026).
| Terminal | Operator and location | Hours | Phone |
|---|---|---|---|
| Terminal 1 | Jimcarry (짐캐리), 3F near check-in counter B | Not 24 hours | 010-8040-8215 |
| Terminal 1 | Jimcarry, 3F near check-in counter N | 24 hours | 010-8168-8215 |
| Terminal 2 | Hanjin Express (한진택배), 1F west end near gate 1 | Not 24 hours | 032-743-5834 |
| Terminal 2 | Hanjin Express, 3F west near gate 1 (delivery, storage and packing zone) | 24 hours | 032-743-5835 |
The airport's official page does not list storage fees, so ask the operator. If you are staying at the Inspire hotel, the concierge desk holds luggage from check-in day to check-out day, but Inspire's FAQ describes this as a service for hotel guests. Shuttle stops and timetables are in our Inspire Arena parking and shuttle guide.
Who do I call if a locker will not open or I lose something?
If a locker will not open or a payment fails, call World Locker's customer centre on 1599-2740. If you lose something at an Inspire Arena show, Inspire's FAQ says to contact the resort first on +82-32-580-9000 or contact@inspireresorts.com, and to ask the promoter if the resort has not found it.
In short?
- Inspire Arena has 180 self-service World Locker lockers, 88 in bank A and 92 in bank B, of which 135 are small and 45 large.
- They cost 5,000 won (small) or 7,000 won (large) for six hours, then 2,000 won per extra hour, paid by card.
- Any staffed cloakroom is run by the promoter show by show, so leaving a big suitcase at Incheon Airport's baggage storage is worth considering.
Locker counts and prices are from the web page as we used it on 15 August 2026; Inspire's official website does not publish locker counts or prices. Who runs the cloakroom and how lost items are handled were checked against Inspire's customer centre FAQ in October 2026, and the airport storage locations against Incheon International Airport's facilities and services page in October 2026. Prices can change, so check with World Locker (1599-2740) or Inspire's main line (+82-32-580-9000). Show schedules and seating are on our Inspire Entertainment Resort venue page.
