Getting to Paradise City Culture Park: shuttles from both terminals, the maglev, and concert-day parking

How do I get from Incheon Airport T1 to Culture Park?

Take the free Paradise City circular shuttle from stop 3C on the first floor of Terminal 1. It runs every 20 minutes, leaving the T1 stop at 10, 30 and 50 minutes past each hour, with a first bus at 05:10 and a last bus at 23:10.

You reach it by going down to the first floor, out through Gate 3, and across the road: looking for the stop inside the terminal will not find it. The shuttle drops you at the bus station in front of the resort's B1 entrance.

On show days, the hour or two before doors open packs the same shuttle and you may have to let one go. If you have an early standing number or a merchandise queue to join, take the departure one slot earlier than you planned.

Can I catch the Paradise City shuttle at Terminal 2?

Yes. Paradise City's official directions page lists a separate circular shuttle route leaving from stop 4A on the first floor of Terminal 2. Unlike the T1 route it runs hourly, departing the T2 stop at 30 minutes past each hour, first bus 05:30 and last bus 23:30.

One bus an hour means you need a fallback if you miss it. That fallback is Airport Shuttle 03, run free of charge by Incheon International Airport itself. Board at Gate 7 on the third floor of T2 and get off at the Hyatt Hotel stop, a five-minute walk from the venue. It runs 04:30 to 23:35 at intervals of 7 to 20 minutes — considerably more often than the circular shuttle.

Shuttle 03 also serves T1, from the boarding points outside Gates 3 and 12 on the third floor.

Can I take the maglev train?

On the way there, yes. The Incheon Airport maglev runs from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 station to Paradise City station in five minutes, free of charge, and a dedicated covered walkway links Paradise City station to the resort — pleasanter than the shuttle in rain or high summer.

It cannot be your way home, though. Incheon International Airport Corporation's official guidance gives operating hours of 10:00 to 17:00, six days a week from Tuesday to Sunday, with no service on Mondays or on Seollal and Chuseok day itself. The official timetable shows just 12 runs a day, so by the time an evening show ends the line has long closed.

There is a second thing worth knowing: this is not a two-stop shuttle between T1 and Paradise City but a six-station line.

The order is Incheon Airport Terminal 1, Long-term Parking, Government Complex, Paradise City, Water Park, Yongyu, which makes Paradise City the fourth stop. Coming back, Paradise City to Incheon Airport Terminal 1 takes six minutes.

Twelve trains a day leave Paradise City station for Terminal 1, at 10:08, 10:43, 11:18, 11:53, 12:28, 13:03, 13:38, 14:13, 14:48, 15:23, 15:58 and 16:33. The figure to remember is that last one: 16:33.

Finding the platform trips people up too. The maglev's Incheon Airport Terminal 1 station is on the second floor of the Terminal 1 transportation centre. Arriving by AREX, get off at Incheon Airport Terminal 1 and go up to level 2 of the transportation centre.

What is the fastest way from Seoul?

Take the AREX airport railway to Incheon Airport Terminal 1, then change to the free circular shuttle at stop 3C on the first floor. From Seoul station the express train takes about 43 minutes and the all-stop train about 59.

The all-stop train accepts a transit card directly; the express is entirely reserved seating, which helps if you have luggage or are travelling as a group. Fares are quoted inconsistently across sources, so this guide will not state a figure — check the actual fare for your departure station on the AREX website.

By bus, it is an extra eight-minute walk from T1 to the Incheon International Airport bus stop, then route 302, 306A or 306 toward Yongyu Elementary School, alighting at the Hyatt Hotel stop for a five-minute walk. With a light stick and merchandise in hand that eight-minute walk is more of an imposition than it sounds, so the free shuttle is the better call.

Where do I park on a concert day?

This is the part of the trip most worth planning. When Culture Park hosts a large concert or festival, ticket-holders frequently cannot use the resort car park as usual. Festivals held here recently have designated nearby paid car parks for audiences instead — the Incheon Airport Terminal 1 car parks, the Hyatt Regency Incheon car park, the Incheon World Gate private car park — and some events ran audience parking on advance reservation only.

On an ordinary day it is a different story. Paradise City's official floor and parking guide assigns each facility a nearest parking zone and even a navigation search term.

Culture Park is not in that table. It is an outdoor space with no parking zone of its own — but the official guide gives its location as "outside Studio Paradise", so on a normal day the same Zone 2 works.

As for rates, Paradise City does not publish an hourly parking tariff on its website. Guest parking is described as free and valet parking as a paid extra, but the valet figure differs between sources, so this guide will not assert one. The main line, 1833-8855, is the reliable answer.

By car, the approach is Incheon International Airport Expressway, Sinbul IC, Incheon International Airport Corporation, the IBC underpass, then a left turn toward IBC World Gate and on to Paradise City. Searching your navigation for "파라다이스시티" beats entering the address.

How big a venue is Culture Park?

Culture Park is an outdoor lawn of 13,685㎡ (4,146 pyeong), located outside Studio Paradise. Because it is grass rather than an indoor hall, festival kit — a poncho, a mat, a hat — earns its place in your bag, and because shows here are usually standing or unreserved, many people arrive early for a good entry number.

Culture Park is one of four outdoor event spaces at Paradise City. The list is worth a glance when you are checking the venue name on your ticket.

Add the indoor rooms and the list of places a show can happen inside Paradise City grows further. These are the capacities the operator publishes.

There is one comparison worth drawing here against our own data. The KOPIS facility register lists four performance spaces at Paradise City, but carries a seat figure for only one of them — the Grand Ballroom at 1,820 — leaving Culture Park, Club Chroma and Studio Paradise at zero. That 1,820 matches the operator's own "up to about 1,820" exactly, and the table above is what fills the other three blanks. (KOPIS spells the hall 그랜드볼륨; the operator's own spelling is 그랜드볼룸, Grand Ballroom.)

Why do two different addresses come up for Culture Park?

Because Incheon reorganised its administrative districts on 1 July 2026, splitting the former Jung-gu into Jemulpo-gu and Yeongjong-gu. The current official address is 186, Yeongjonghaean-namno 321beon-gil, Yeongjong-gu, Incheon — but ticket sellers and older navigation data often still show the same place as Jung-gu.

Both point to the same spot, so there is nothing to worry about. Searching your navigation for "파라다이스시티" or "파라다이스호텔 정문" is more reliable than the address either way. It is a 5-to-10-minute drive from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 — effectively a concert venue next door to the airport.

What is the last way out after the show?

Outdoor shows have a habit of overrunning, so it pays to know your options in time order before you go in.

Last AREX trains vary by day and direction, so if you are heading back to Seoul on public transport, check the last departure before the show starts. Staying for the encore leaves less slack than you would expect.

Is there help for passengers with reduced mobility?

Yes. Incheon International Airport's shuttle bus operations office (032-741-3217) provides a free lift-equipped vehicle for wheelchair users. It operates from 05:00 to 24:00, and because availability depends on vehicles and staff at the time of the request, booking ahead is recommended.

Airport Shuttle 03 itself is free to ride, so the trip from the airport to the Hyatt Hotel stop costs nothing either way.

In short
