(September 2026)Kyung Hee University publishes 4,250 seats for the Grand Peace Palace, while its KOPIS registration says 4,500 — a gap of 250. Seating runs across three levels, each split into blocks A to E, with centre block C the reference point; allow for the front-row safety rail on every level. The plaza in front of the hall is frequently closed to parking on performance days, so plan around the campus car park or public transport.
Parking코엑스COEX Hall D and Auditorium: seat views, parking and which gate to drive in throughWhether you can predict your view at COEX depends on which of its two venues your ticket names. The Auditorium has 1,080 fixed theatre seats in blocks A–F and G–N, and on the official chart a lower seat number within a block sits closer to the stage. Hall D is a flat, column-free exhibition hall rebuilt for every show. Parking is 1,500 won per 15 minutes, and COEX sends Auditorium traffic to the north gate alone while Hall D gets the ASEM Tower gate too.

The venue lists no parking; the practical choice is the Korea National Open University lot beside Marronnier Park (first 5 minutes free, then 400 won per 5 minutes, 2.1 m height limit). Parking한전아트센터KEPCO Art Center: 1st vs 2nd floor seats, parking rates, and how to get the discount voucher (as of September 2026)KEPCO Art Center's hall seats 999 (664 on the 1st floor, 335 on the 2nd) according to KEPCO's rental guide, and KOPIS lists the same 999. The 1st-floor seat map reconciles exactly: rows A–L (430) plus rows M–R (222) plus 12 wheelchair seats. The underground garage holds about 600 cars; with a same-day ticket you collect a parking voucher at the lobby cloakroom and pay 4,000 won for 6 hours, or 3,000 won at the self-service kiosk.

The arena is about 700 m from Line 2 Exits 6–7.

Audience members pay 5,000 won for under 5 hours by scanning the ticket barcode (10,000 won daily cap); compact, disabled, national-merit, low-emission, multi-child and veterans' vehicles get 50% off if they leave before 23:00. The Haeoreum Theater cloakroom in the 1st-floor lobby is free from an hour before curtain to 10 minutes after, and a free shuttle runs from Dongguk Univ. Station Exit 6.
Parking국립중앙박물관 극장 용Theater Yong at the National Museum of Korea: 805 seats, and 4,000 won to parkTheater Yong, the hall inside the National Museum of Korea where its musicals run, seats 805 — 538 in the stalls (including eight wheelchair spaces) and 267 on the second floor. Both the National Museum Foundation’s own seating plan and the KOPIS facility record give that figure; the widely repeated 862 appears in neither. Parking costs a flat 4,000 won for the whole visit if you show a Theater Yong ticket. Checked September 2026.
Parking링크아트센터드림Link Art Center Dream: 979 seats across four halls, and only one has a balconyLink Art Center Dream in Seoul’s Daehak-ro has 979 seats across four halls: 352 in Dream Hall 1, 211 each in Halls 2 and 3, and 205 in Hall 4. Only Hall 1 has a balcony; the other three are single-level. The building has no car park at all — the KOPIS facility record (FC001528) also registers it as having none — so walking from exit 1 of Hyehwa Station is the reliable plan. Checked September 2026.

On the official seating chart, block A (317) and block G (324) are the largest and blocks D and F the smallest at 186 each. Parking is 1,000 won per 10 minutes, and the building has no visitor lockers. (Checked September 2026 against the KBS Arena website.)

Seat counts and sightline photos for all 20 zones (checked September 2026)The 2nd floor of 세종대극장 (Sejong Grand Theater) is close to the 1st floor seen from further back, while every 3rd-floor zone looks down on the stage, so for the same budget the upper-floor centre (2nd floor D, 3rd floor D and E) beats the 1st-floor sides A and E. The official plan gives 1,030, 964 and 1,028 seats by floor; the zone counts match the 1st and 2nd floors exactly and leave the 3rd floor 40 short.

For a head-on view take floor 1 block C, for the whole orchestra layout floor 2 block C, and for value and a full view of the hall floor 3 block D. Concert-goers park for a flat 6,000 won for five hours (9,000 won at weekends and holidays), the first 30 minutes are free, and lockers cost 1,000 won.
Parking소월아트홀 (성동문화회관)Sowol Art Hall seat views, parking rates and the 3rd-floor cloakroom: 520 seats by the official plan (checked September 2026)소월아트홀 (Sowol Art Hall) in Seongdong-gu, Seoul seats 520 by the operator's own count, including 6 wheelchair spaces, in front sections of 90 and 80 seats and rear sections of 172 each; the best sightlines are front centre and the rear seats beside the central aisle. Parking is free for 30 minutes, then 1,000 won to the hour and 500 won per 10 minutes, half price with a ticket, and the 3rd-floor cloakroom opens an hour before each show.
